Former Vulnerable Student on the Road to Success
Samfya, Zambia — Daniel was once a vulnerable student. He became supported by the Samfya Community of Care Providers (SCCP) and graduated high school. After graduation, he received a job as a cashier. In 2010, Daniel received support to take a class by correspondence from the University of Kwazulu-Natal for two years. He has completed one year and is now into his second. His major is Community Based Social Work with Children and Youth.
A couple of months ago, Daniel came to volunteer in the Education Department Office for SCCP (see above photo) as a way of thanking them for the support.
Thank you for supporting programs like these – we hope to see more success stories like Daniel’s!
