Second Safe House in India Secured

Northern India — After a long and tiring search for a second safe house to rescue and rehabilitate trafficked victims, Bright Hope has secured an ideal house in the northern region of India. The house consists of four bedrooms, two drawing rooms, a dining area, and four bathrooms.

After a discussion with the core members of our partnering ministry and finalizing necessary documentation, the house is in possession now. Once we have the proper set up, it will be ready for our partnering ministry to transfer trafficked girls. Accordingly, the follow-up of the raid conducted several months ago is still under investigation. We are following up on Farah and Nora in the government facility home where they reside, who are reportedly doing well. We hope to get them into this new safe house soon.
