Trafficked Minor Missing

Northern India — Several months ago, Bright Hope held a viral campaign and raised enough money to rescue and rehabilitate several girls out of human trafficking. But one girl, the girl who inspired Bright Hope to launch into action, is missing.

When Bright Hope's CEO/President C.H. Dyer traveled to India in January, he met 17-year-old Supna, who had been sold into human trafficking to pay off her father's unpaid loan.

After our team left, Supna's captors feared arrest. They went underground and re-sold her to another brothel. Rumors from her family and friends are circulating about her whereabouts, including visits to the hospital, but Supna is still missing. All we know is that she is unsafe, needs rescue, and intervention from the Lord. Please pray with us that Supna escapes or is rescued for good.
