Partner Developer - Haiti: This position is located in Pignon, Haiti. It works in and with the local Haitian Christian church. The position oversees the discovery, coordination and administration of all aspects of partners and projects in the field and provides updates and reports to Bright Hope to make informative field decisions that align with the Bright Hope's mission and vision. Partnership developing includes regular visitations and communications to partners to help in project planning, organizing, supporting, quality control, reporting, and coordination of the transfer of funds. Field Media Team (Haiti & Kenya): Can you tell a story? Do you like to travel? Are you good with a camera? We need people in the field gathering the stories of life change through Bright Hope partnerships. Our Field Media Teams are creative thinkers with proven skills in photography, video and story telling. Sent out as a team they travel the globe to capture the heart and soul of our partners in order to share what they create with our allies.
- Strong relationship with Jesus
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suites
- Must raise own travel and salary funds
- 4-6 months duration
- Photography will have dual rights
- Facebook daily
- Housing and meals provided
- Laptop and Internet connection provided
- Camera and Video equipment provided unless owned by intern

Partnership Development Intern (Zambia / Chile / Haiti): Our Partnership Developers (PD’s) are the hands and feet of Bright Hope in the field. They’re a uniquely gifted group of men and women who have a heart to help those living in extreme poverty. As an intern you will work alongside our PDs to craft development projects, build relationships with our church partners and search for impact stories and collect community data. Our interns must be versatile and exhibit strong communication and research skills. Requirements include:
- Strong relationship with Jesus
- 6 months to 1 year commitment
- Community Development experience or training
- Self-funded position ($10,000/year).
- International travel experience
