Give the gift of reading to kids in Uganda!

Hello Impact members!

Access to education, including learning to read, can decrease poverty, increase opportunities, and give Hope to many struggling families around the world!

We want to do our part to turn this truth into a reality by building a new library at a partner school in Luwero, Uganda!

And thank you, our valued Impact Allies, for your faithful commitment to give Hope to the poorest of the poor.

While Uganda is an English-speaking country, most of the children in rural areas fail exams because they cannot read and write in English.

Most of the rural schools do not have libraries where children can practice their English reading skills. This leads to a disparity in skill level and exam performance between children from urban areas compared to kids from rural areas.

English language books can open up opportunities for children in Uganda by expanding their imaginations, teaching them about different places and people, and giving them the skills to dream big and push beyond their limits!

But in order to build this English language library, we need your help!

Would you consider sending our team in Uganda five new or gently used children’s books in English?

Along with this gift, we also ask you to give $10 to help cover the shipping cost.

On the inside cover of each book, we would love it if you can sign your name and write a short, encouraging message or prayer for these young readers!

If you would like to be a part of this opportunity, you can send your books and your $10 check made out to Bright Hope to:
